Sotheby's recent Magnificent Jewels sells a no clarity enhancement Colombian emerald for over $43,000 per carat.

This is kind of a normal price range for top Colombian emeralds without treatment.   These stones are ultra rare and sell for a large premiums over the treated stones.  Although the gemstone did not have a full AGL Prestige Grading Report, AGL did state the stone was Colombian with no evidence of clarity enhancement.  The stone looks pretty green and our guess for the clarity would be Moderately Included.
